UWYo Computer Science Application Portal

Welcome to the Application Portal of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Wyoming.

The department is currently accepting applications for the position of academic professional lecturer, extended term. The department, one of six in the College of Engineering and Applied Science, offers B.S. (ABET accredited), M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science.

The position’s responsibilities include teaching at the lower and upper division undergraduate levels and undergraduate advising. Additionally, the position entails a commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in the development and assessment of the undergraduate program.

The University of Wyoming is a thriving research university located in Laramie, Wyoming (pop. 28,000), 130 miles northwest of Denver. Laramie is a picturesque and friendly town offering a reasonable cost of living and easy access to outdoor activities in the Rocky Mountain region. Applicants should have an M.S. in computer science , or closely related field. Candidates holding a Ph.D. in computer science, or a closely related field, are welcome to apply.
